I got offered the position as Senior Designer at Ivyrevel in 2014, at that time Ivyrevel had only been up and running for a year. When I started at Ivyrevel I was one of only very few at the company and I was given great responsiblity. Not only did I create all the collections together with the creative director, I was also responsible for production, purchasing and meeting all the margins. Ivyrevel was a very different company than House of Dagmar mainly because of them relying completely on online sales which was new to me. Ivyrevel was at their start up phase when I started, but after some hard work Hennes & Maurizt became investers which lead to a completely different way of working.
I worked together with the production team at Hennes & Mauritz for about six months which gave me the opportunity to experience the business on a completely different level.
